I’m a Pittsburgh native with over 18 years of experience helping people develop tools to increase their awareness to inspire their desired changes. I operate from a humanistic integrative counseling lens rooted in the resiliency of the human spirit to empower individuals to take risks in confronting their pain in a safe nonjudgmental space utilizing sound clinical interventions.
